With an MBA in Human Resources and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Walden University, Derrick combines his educational background with over 25 years of experience working for Fortune 100 companies to provide valuable insights into business operations and success strategies.   

In addition to his business acumen, Derrick is committed to community service and helping individuals in need, which led him to establish Mobile Notary by Derrick Spruill and Notary Knowledge by Derrick Spruill podcast. He is also the creator of the fictional character Little Notary Derrick, the author of "Learning with Derrick Activity Books" and "Little Notary Derrick Children's Books," which aim to help kids with reading, the alphabet, math, and puzzle-solving.   

Derrick and his wife reside in Herndon, Virginia. In his free time, he enjoys reading about business, following NASCAR, and cheering on his favorite NFL team, the Cincinnati Bengals.
